Qualcuno potrebbe pensare che tutto ciò non fosse prevedibile, non è così! I numerosi e precisi bollettini sull’acqua alta e soprattutto le sirene in azione ci dicevano solo una cosa: evacuare Palazzo Ferro Fini. E invece il Presidente del Consiglio e i rappresentanti della Lega hanno voluto proseguire ad oltranza creando una serie di disagi aggiuntivi comprese le gravi difficoltà degli addetti ai servizi di trasporto via acqua che hanno dovuto azzardare anche manovre pericolose.
Intanto le acque invadevano tutto il piano terra di palazzo Ferro Fini defluendo come un torrente (il rumore era proprio quello) nelle zone piu’ basse come la sala mensa, la Sala del Leone, la sala Giunta, le cucine, la guardiola e purtroppo l’aula consigliare: l’aula dell’assemblea legislativa del Veneto.
Andavano sott’acqua tutti gli arredamenti, tappeti, seggiole ed in particolare molti apparecchi elettrici come le prese e i ventilconvettori.
L’alta marea, che ieri ha raggiunto 1 metro e 87 centimetri, a Venezia è dovuta tra i tanti fattori anche a quello dei cambiamenti climatici, con l’innalzamento dell’acqua dei mari, dovuta allo scioglimento dei ghiacciai a causa del surriscaldamento globale.
Ironia della sorte l’aula consigliare si è allagata due minuti dopo che la maggioranza Lega, Fratelli d’Italia e Forza Italia aveva bocciato i nostri emendamenti per contrastare i cambiamenti climatici.
Bocciati o respinti gli emendamenti che chiedevano finanziamenti per le fonti rinnovabili, per le colonnine elettriche, per la sostituzione degli autobus a gasolio con altri più efficienti e meno inquinanti, per la rottamazione delle inquinantissime stufe, per finanziare i Patti dei Sindaci per l’Energia Sostenibile e il Clima (PAESC), per ridurre l’impatto della plastica, ecc.. Tutti emendamenti presentati perché il bilancio di Zaia non contiene alcuna azione concreta per contrastare i cambiamenti climatici.
Non c’è immagine più significativa dell’acqua che allaga l’aula consigliare e fa fuggire i rappresentanti del Popolo veneto, per illustrare tutta l’inconsistenza e la nullità politica dell’attuale misera azione amministrativa di questo governo veneto guidato da Lega, Forza Italia e Fratelli d’Italia.
Completa questo quadro deprimente l’assenza, ormai abituale, di Zaia durante i lavori del Consiglio (non si è mai visto né ieri né lunedì) perché intento a darsi arie per la sua nuova proposta di legge sulla bandiera del Veneto. Il capoluogo del Veneto annega nelle acque e Zaia che fa? … pensa alla bandiera col leone del Veneto.
In compenso lo vedremo ancora lottare “pancia a terra” per la “partita” dell’autonomia del Veneto o meglio far finta di lottare perché, se ci riflettiamo, chiedere le 23 materie e dire o “cosi’ e niente” è il miglior modo per far fallire ogni intesa per l’autonomia.
Ben sa Zaia che dopo l’area Unesco del Prosecco, le Olimpiadi a Cortina (un governatore tutto “panem et circenses” ) gli resta solo l’obiettivo propagandistico dell’autonomia e senza di questa si ritroverebbe senza argomenti e dovrebbe finalmente occuparsi di cambiamenti climatici e sanità, materie che, visti l’impegno e i risultati, dubitiamo fortemente sia in grado di affrontare. Perciò chi glielo fa fare di disfarsi dell’ultimo specchietto per le Allodole da usare con troppi distratti e creduloni cittadini veneti ?
Gli stessi cittadini veneti che farebbero bene a pensare ai 7 miliardi di euro buttati su un Mose oggi ancora non funzionante: non ci resta che piangere. Se gli elettori del Veneto continuano a chiudere gli occhi la Lega di Zaia ci porterà tutti sott’acqua.
