Video from the Observer shows the moment a church member was shot and killed this morning.
The killing is not on camera (thank goodness) but it can be heard the moment when the gunman opened fire in the Agape Christian Fellowship Church in Falmouth.
The police have identified the woman who was shot and killed during service at the Agape Christian Fellowship Church in Falmouth this morning as 51-year-old bank employee Andrea Lowe Garwood of a Stonebrook address in Trelawny.
According to the Jamaica Observer report, the gun man fired several shots during the usual Sunday morning worship.
The worshipper told the Observer that about 10:30 she heard explosions in the building and later saw a woman falling to the ground.
“We were in the church singing and I heard several explosions and saw a woman falling to the ground,” she told OBSERVER ONLINE.

In the video you can see the women looked frightened and astonished not sure what was happening. As soon as they realised, the woman at the alter ran off, one began screaming while the other seem to froze in the moment.
The Observer reported that the woman was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead and a strong police presence is now at the scene of the incident.
Reports are that about 10:30, Lowe Garwood was participating in worship when the shooter, who was seated behind her, opened fire hitting her multiple times.
The shooter reportedly escaped in a waiting white Toyota Allion motor car, leaving a cellular phone behind.
Lowe Garwood was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The Falmouth police is said to be investigating. The identities are being withheld pending further investigation. One of the individuals in custody is the stepson of the deceased.
