Ky-Mani Marley and Miss Kitty are set to receive honors at a ceremony in Florida

Reggae artiste Ky-Mani Marley and media personality Khadine “Miss Kitty” Hylton-Wilkinson are set to receive honors at a Key To The Region ceremony. The accolade aims to shine a spotlight on Jamaicans who have been exceptional ambassadors for their country, on an international level.

The event will take place at the Marriott Fort Lauderdale North on June 7, and will be presided over by Tamarac City Commissioner, Marlon Bolton. In an interview with the South Florida Caribbean News (SFCN), Bolton elaborated that the award serves as a collective acknowledgment by several commissioners, hence it symbolizes a key to the region.

Ky-Mani Marley is been recognized for his contributions to the music world, through which he has amplified Jamaica’s profile. Along with his musical endeavors, his collaborations with globally respected artistes have earned him this recognition.
