Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, Hon. Olivia “Babsy” Grange, on Friday, October 3, handed over water tanks to residents of the Ensom City Division.
Minister Grange noted that access to clean water is a basic necessity and expressed pride in supporting initiatives that improve the lives of Jamaicans.
